Cashewnut Paayasam

Ingredients

  • 100gm – cashew nut
  • 1 liter – milk
  • 1 tbsp – milkmaid
  • 3 cups – sugar
  • 1 tsp – cucumber seeds
  • 1 tsp – grated almonds
  • 1 tsp – raisins

How to Make Cashewnut Paayasam

  • Soak the cashew nuts in water for 2 hours and blend them into a fine paste in a mixer.
  • Boil the milk and add the cashewnut paste, milkmaid and sugar. Stir the mixture and cook well for 10-15 minutes.
  • Garnish with cucumber seeds, grated almonds and raisins.
