Ingredients
- 100gm – cashew nut
- 1 liter – milk
- 1 tbsp – milkmaid
- 3 cups – sugar
- 1 tsp – cucumber seeds
- 1 tsp – grated almonds
- 1 tsp – raisins
How to Make Cashewnut Paayasam
- Soak the cashew nuts in water for 2 hours and blend them into a fine paste in a mixer.
- Boil the milk and add the cashewnut paste, milkmaid and sugar. Stir the mixture and cook well for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with cucumber seeds, grated almonds and raisins.
