Ingredients

  •         1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  •         2 tbsp - soya sauce
  •         Salt to taste Oil
  •         1 - green capsicum
  •         4 - onions
  •         500 g - paneer
  •         2. 4 tbsp - cornflour
  •         15 - green chillies
  •         2 tbsp - tomato sauce

Preparation of Chilli Paneer Balls

  •         Crumble paneer and shape into balls with cornflour. Deep fry in oil. Set aside.
  •         In a separate Kadai, fry chopped onions till golden brown.
  •         Add chopped green chillies and capsicum. Fry for 3 mins.
  •         Add fried paneer. Saute for a minute.
  •         Add tomato, chilli, soya sauce and salt also. Saute for 3 mins.
  •         Serve hot.
